Estimated delivery times
- Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide, Perth, Darwin: 3-8 days;
- Tasmania and rural areas: 6-12 days;
- International delivery: 14-20 days;
We typically use Australia Post for shipping throughout Australia and internationally. You also have the option to choose express shipping for an additional fee.
- Standard Shipping ($9.95): This option is available for all products. Orders shipped with standard shipping will be delivered within 2-7 business days from our Sydney location. Please note that delivery to some rural locations such as NT and WA may take an additional 3-5 days. For an estimate of the delivery time frame, you can check here. However, please keep in mind that express orders will be prioritized over standard shipping orders.
- Express Shipping ($16): This option provides next business day delivery (if you are within the express post network) for a flat rate of $16. Australia Post guaranteed next business day delivery to postcodes within their Express Post Network. However, there may be additional delays for postcodes outside of this area. Our warehouse is located in postcode 2166. You can check the delivery timeframe to your specific postcode on the Australia Post website.
For both shipping options, orders placed before the cutoff time of 12pm (AET/AEDT) on weekdays will leave our warehouse on the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time, as well as orders placed on weekends or public holidays, will be shipped on the next business day.
Please note that if you choose to pay by direct bank deposit, your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
Once the parcel is in the possession of Australia Post, any delays in delivery are the responsibility of Australia Post. While they offer a next business day guarantee for express shipping, we, at Kamagra Oral Jelly Australia, cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays once the parcel is with Australia Post.

The shipping and delivery time typically range from 7 to 30 days from the date of order, depending on the destination country and local postal services. Once your payment is cleared, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor your package throughout the shipping process.
Refunds and Reshipments
Our dedicated team responsible for package dispatch and delivery closely monitors every movement of your package. In the event of any issues encountered during transit, you will be promptly notified within 24 hours. If a shipment is cancelled, we automatically reship your order and provide you with a new tracking number. For any shipping and delivery inquiries, our team is available to provide 100% guaranteed solutions to all your concerns.
You are eligible for reshipments or full refunds if:
- The product delivered is incorrect, such as being exchanged with another product or lost during transit. We will refund or reship even if there is an error in the quantity of the product.
