Domestic Shipping in Australia

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Major Cities, Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide, Perth, Darwin: 3-8 days.
  • Tasmania and Rural Areas: 6-12 days.

We primarily use Auspost for shipping, both within Australia and internationally. If you prefer faster delivery, you can opt for express shipping at an additional cost.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping ($9.95): Delivery within 2-7 business days from our Sydney location. Additional time may be required for remote areas.
  • Express Shipping ($16): Next business day delivery within the Express Post Network. Additional delays may occur outside this network.

Order Processing:

  • Orders placed before 12pm (AET/AEDT) on weekdays are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Direct Bank Deposit Orders:

  • Orders paid via direct bank deposit are dispatched after funds have cleared in our account.

Carrier Responsibility:

  • Delivery delays post-dispatch, when the parcel is with Australia Post, are beyond our control.

International Shipping
